We offer free production capacities. We have modern equipment, an experienced team, and we ensure the complete process – from development and design to assembly and testing of tools. We also handle demanding repairs (e.g., foreign molds without documentation), development of new custom solutions, and small-series production.

We offer manufacturing of:

• injection molds

• stamping, bending, punching, and progressive tools

• drilling, clamping, riveting, and welding fixtures

• automated technological and assembly multi-purpose equipment

• gauges and control fixtures

Machining and Toolmaking Services:

• turning

• milling, coordinate drilling, and grinding

• grinding (surface grinding - dry grinding only, cylindrical grinding - smaller parts suitable for manual clamping)

• electrical discharge machining (die-sinking EDM, wire EDM)

• measurement

• assembly of new tools, finishing work, testing

Activities offered in cooperation:

• heat treatment

• special heat treatment (vacuum hardening, etc.)

• surface treatments

• special production (e.g., thread grinding)

Development, Design, and Machinery

Development and design of molds, tools, fixtures, and equipment is carried out using CAD/CAM systems SolidWorks and CATIA. We commonly process standard 2D and 3D formats.

The machinery includes all technologies required for the production of high-quality fixtures and tools. In addition to conventional machine tools, we have electrical discharge machining technology (wire EDM) on high-precision machines.

In-house testing and emergency services:

• manufactured molds are verified in the local injection molding shop, which has injection molding machines with a clamping force up to 2200 kN

• testing of forming, stamping, and bending tools is carried out in the OBZOR metal stamping shop

• we extract/erode broken taps and broken drill bits

• we perform repairs of Chinese molds or molds with missing drawing documentation
